I appreciated the stunning breakfast spread—everything from local delicacies to fresh fruit was available. The staff were attentive and proactive, even arranging a Grab vehicle for me and covering the fare, which was such a kind gesture! The pool area was peaceful and refreshing after a busy day exploring. However, the soundproofing between rooms wasn't the best. I occasionally heard my neighbors. Also, airplane noise sometimes broke the tranquility, especially in the evenings.

The only downside for light sleepers would be occasional noise from airplanes, since the hotel is close to the airport. They weren't too distracting, but it might annoy some guests.

I came here with my family for a short stay after enjoying some attractions in Chiang Mai. The breakfast was definitely a highlight. it catered to everyone's tastes, and my daughter surprisingly loved it! The location was great, just a bit of a stroll from nearby shops and cafes as well as the city's cultural sites. However, there was a pole in our Standard Triple Room that blocked the view of the TV, which was a bit annoying at times.

The hotel has a super nice atmosphere with clean, modern rooms. Breakfast was phenomenal, offering a generous array of both local and international dishes. After a day exploring Chiang Mai, it was refreshing to relax by the pool surrounded by tropical gardens.

My wife says that the toilet could use some better plumbing.
